The Club has received news that The Lamp Tavern has closed permanently.

We are pleased to announce that The Jewellers Arms will be the new home for The Black Diamond Folk Club for the foreseeable future.

The Red Lion available for 15^th and 22^nd November,
The Jewellers Arms, Hockley Street has been arranged for 29^th November and 6^th December.

Discussions are on going for a more permanent venue.

We have secured the Red Lion, Warstone Lane (full address on "Find Us" page).

Many of you may remember we were in this upstairs room in the past.
Unfortunately due to an imminent change of landlord we can only get it for this Friday coming 25th October.

We would like a good turnout to create a good impression.

We are sorry to announce the death of our beloved landlord Eddie Fitzpatrick.
He passed away on Thursday evening and we have sent our condolences and a card from all his friends at the club.

We will pass on any more information when we get it.

Due to our Landlord's deteriorating health condition, his daughter is forced to close the clubroom.

This means in the short term the club will not be open this Friday 19th of November and we have cancelled the guests.
